All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatments. Valid photo identification (passport or driving license) will be required, and a consent form must be completed prior to any procedures.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit you pay will be deducted from the price of your treatment.
- A 48-hour notice is required if you are unable to make your appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will need to pay the booking fee again for a new booking.
- Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date once, within a 5-week timeframe, provided you give 48hours’ notice before your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment a second time for the same booking, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to pay the booking fee again.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we have enough time for both your treatment and our next client. Unfortunately, this will also result in the loss of your deposit.
- We will need to take before and after pictures for legal and insurance purposes.
- With your consent we may take before and afters for social media to use for content/advertising purpose. When you fill out your consent form, there will be a checkbox you can tick it, to opt out of this.
Please make sure to read the consent form thoroughly.
- Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, the day before, or if you fail to notify us that you can't attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.
- A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. If this happens more than twice, we will unfortunately have to prevent you from booking with us again.
For the comfort and privacy of all our clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, with no additional guests, including pets and children. We appreciate your understanding.
While consultations are free, we do require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable or can be deducted from your balance if you choose to proceed with treatment.
